We, Trans Electric Co., Ltd, are aware that mineral resources mined in conflict areas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and adjoining nations may be fueling human rights violations and environmental depredation in DRC regions and the mentioned minerals make their way into the electronics industry supply chain. As a manufacturer of electronic products that contain 3TG, our company policy, commitment and practices are consistent with the OECD due diligence guidance on conflict minerals. We hold zero tolerance of the human rights and environmental abuse, and do our best efforts to drive transparency in the supply chain due diligence. Trans Electric Co., Ltd. will not knowingly source material or component that contains the mentioned minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit the armed groups in the DRC or an adjoining countries; all suppliers are required to ensure and commit the procurement of their used materials are DRC conflict free with due diligence as well. 3TG mineral sources procured from DRC regions are deemed supports to the armed groups in DRC regions, we will discontinue with suppliers confirmed to be supporting armed groups.
